Our Logo
Our logo is more than just an image, it’s a visual story that captures our mission, values, and the spirit of our community. Each element was carefully selected to symbolize key aspects of recovery, leadership, and unity, reflecting the very essence of what we stand for at RFL.

Purple has emerged as the color for recovery. It symbolizes hope, support, and progress—a visual reminder of the journey toward healing.
Purple
Green was chosen for its personal resonance—it is inspired by Leading Workplace Addiction, the research that laid the foundation for RFL. The two-toned, double green swoosh, derived from the deconstructed semi-colon, represents the unity and togetherness integral to our work, as reflected in our tagline.

Inverted Triangle
The inverted triangle embodies the spirit of servant leadership. It represents leaders who prioritize the well-being of others over personal power. These leaders are characterized by empathy, active listening, healing, awareness, persuasion, a commitment to personal growth, and community building—qualities that are essential for working with any employee, especially those in recovery. Our RFL training is dedicated to developing these very attributes.
Semi-Colon
Inspired by Project Semicolon, the semi-colon (;) stands as a beacon of hope for individuals experiencing challenges with mental health, suicide, self-injury, and addiction. This symbol reminds us that while a sentence may pause, the story is far from over. A deconstructed semi-colon is thoughtfully incorporated into our logo to inspire an uplifting feel and signify continued strength and resilience.
“Cultivating Change Together”
Our tagline reflects the essence of collective impact. At RFL, we believe that meaningful change is cultivated when leaders and employees work together, nurturing the progress and transformation they wish to see. It is a call to action for unity and shared responsibility in building safer, healthier, more productive workplaces.
